Which board is suitable for a beginner?
A board for a beginner differs from a board for an experienced practitioner only in pitch (distance between nails)
For people with a low pain threshold, it is better to start with 8mm, but in our experience, most people can start with 10mm. This is the pitch we have made standard on our boards
What is nail pitch?
The pitch is the distance between the nails.
Simply put, the smaller the distance between the nails, the easier it is to stand.
The greater the distance between the nails, the more difficult.
The optimal step for a beginner is 8-10mm.
